Upon customer’s request and pre-booking, we offer to hold the pre-booking for five business days. If the customer does not confirm this full reservation option within the five business days, it will be automatically canceled. A full reservation is a confirmed booking after the customer sends us the signed contract via email.

Upon reservation confirmation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. On the day of the reservation, the customer must pay the remaining 50% of the amount, plus any extras such as food, additional drinks, chef, crew member, etc. (water and some soft drinks are provided by the company).

• The price includes: taxes, insurance for the vessel and occupants, bedding, towels, refreshments, and water.
• The price does not include: fuel, moorings outside the boat’s base, cleaning, food or alcoholic beverages, and captain (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the boat details).

The boats will be delivered with full fuel tanks and must be returned in the same condition, otherwise Neptuno Boats will redistribute it using the missing amount from the deposit.

All payments, including the deposit made on our website or through our agent, must be made in cash, debit card, or credit card (payment with BitCoin will also be available). Most of our boats come with a professional skipper. For those that do not require a skipper, at least one crew member must have a valid license for the size and engine of the vessel, recognized by the competent authorities. Otherwise, the customer must use the service of a professional skipper.

If the boat is not available for the customer during the charter period due to breakdowns from the previous charter period or for any other reason beyond the control of Neptuno Boat S.L., we will provide the customer with an equivalent vessel in dimensions, price range, or with the same capacity for the number of crew members on board.
